Business Development Manager for CLD – PR

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in signing new brands and clients within the PR and brand sectors.
  • Extensive network and strong relationships within fashion, beauty, skincare, lifestyle, hospitality, events, and food & beverage industries.
  • Financially motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Duties/Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to acquire new brands and clients.
  • Leverage your extensive industry connections to identify and secure business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our team to understand client needs and tailor proposals to meet those needs.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both CLD PR and our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Stay current with economic and industry trends and market developments.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development progress.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and expand your connections.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets and business growth goals.

Compensation details:

  • Experience: Must have experience signing new brands and be financially-motivated and well-connected in the PR and brands world across fashion, beauty, skincare, lifestyle, hospitality, events, and food & beverage.
  • Salary Range: $130,000 – $260,000 (commensurate with experience)
